Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a heavy heart, lifting up [name of loved one] to Your throne of mercy and grace. Lord, You are not willing that [he/she] should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).

I pray that Your Spirit would continue to draw [name] to You. Soften his/her heart, O God. Remove every veil that blinds his/her understanding and every stronghold that keeps him/her from surrendering to You.

Let the seeds of the gospel, planted through preaching, prayer, or ministry at any point in their life, begin to take root. Even if they resist You now, I trust that Your Word will not return empty — it will accomplish what You sent it to do (Isaiah 55:11).

Father, break through [name]’s] pride, fear, or pain. Reveal Your love in ways he/she cannot deny. May [he/she] come to know Jesus, not just as Savior in theory, but as Lord in truth. Give them a hunger for what is real and eternal.

I stand in the gap for [name], Lord. Have mercy; do not let them be lost. May Your kindness lead them to repentance (Romans 2:4), and may their life become a living testimony of Your mercy and power.

I trust you, Lord for you always keep your word.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.
